Non-accessible content
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of the Enjoy it's from Europe portal, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.
Known limitations for the Enjoy it's from Europe portal:
- Video player – keyboard accessibility: We are aware of some issues with the keyboard accessibility of our video player (the navigation order when tabbing through the menu options does not flow in the expected order; when selecting the caption language from the menu, it is not possible to use the arrow keys to move between languages, this can only be done with the TAB key). We plan to fix these issues in the near future.
- Text Inside Elements and Accessible Names: Some elements on our website contain text that is not included in their accessible names. This issue can affect users who rely on screen readers to navigate our website, as the accessible name may not provide complete information conveyed by the text inside the element.
- Links Without Discernible Text: There are links on our website that lack discernible text, making it difficult for screen reader users to understand the purpose of the links without additional context. This does not meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) success criteria for link text that should be meaningful.
- Role Attribute Values: Some elements on our website have role attributes that do not have appropriate values corresponding to the function expected by users. This can lead to a confusing experience for users relying on assistive technologies.
