The EU has launched 'More than Only Food & Drink', a communication campaign aimed at showcasing the outstanding quality of EU food and beverage products to UK food industry professionals. The campaign made its debut at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair in London on 10-11 September.  

Combining European ingredients with Indian ones is at the heart of the EU campaign “More than Food India”. The short movie released on the occasion, Daawat-e-EU, shows how to use European ingredients to infuse a myriad of flavours into Indian classics, making them taste even better! 

Quality, authenticity, safety, sustainability were key elements of trade seminars organised by the EU at Seoul Food. B2B guests learnt more about food and beverages from the EU, especially organics and meat, as well as consumers’ preferences and the cooperation between both markets.

From 27 to 31 May 2024, the European Commissioner for Agriculture Janusz Wojciechowski led an EU business delegation to Almaty and Astana to foster EU agrifood exports. The EU was also present at the InterFood fair in Astana with a Pavilion promoting European agri-food produce.
