EU Culinary Masterclass with Chef Guntas Sethi

Aspiring culinary practitioners from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Goa (IHM Goa) will participate in a dedicated masterclass showcasing a fusion of European and Indian cuisines. 

The European Union's More Than Food Campaign invites young Indian chefs to take on a culinary challenge together with renowned Chef Guntas Sethi. They will participate in a dedicated masterclass presenting the exceptional qualities of EU food and beverages. As the campaign ambassador, Chef Guntas Sethi will guide students through a gastronomic journey, demonstrating innovative ways to incorporate European products into Indian dishes during a special cooking demonstration.

But she will not be the only one cooking as the IHM Goa students will take on a challenge: the Appetizer Fusion Challenge, where they must brainstorm and create a unique appetizer that incorporates one specific European and one Indian ingredient, blending European produce with traditional Indian flavours.

Students will have the opportunity to elevate their culinary skills and learn from Chef Guntas, discovering the magic of preparing dishes with EU ingredients.
