Chef Chopra introduced participants to EU quality schemes and Geographical Indications, highlighting the importance of quality, authenticity, safety, and sustainability in European food production.
Interactive elements such as the Mystery Box Challenge encouraged students to test their understanding of European ingredients, while the Box to Plate Challenge allowed teams to develop innovative recipe concepts and present their ideas to the chef. Chef Chopra provided personalised feedback, inspiring students to think creatively while applying professional culinary principles.
The session concluded with a tasting, results announcement, and photo session, leaving students enthusiastic and inspired. Overall, the masterclass successfully strengthened students’ culinary knowledge and deepened their appreciation for Europe’s rich culinary heritage and high-quality food traditions.
