The campaign will be carried out simultaneously in the strongly selected markets of The United States of America and Canada. Selection of target market is based on in-depth analysis of the current situation on those markets within the organic food consumption, prospects and challenges which shall be increased during project implementation. The strongest advantage of all selected markets is increasingly high demand on organic food and high awareness on healthy living on the markets. Moreover, the idea to promote European Union organic food in U.S.A. and Canada arose from dynamic growth in EU export to the regions.
Action objectives
a. Extension and dissemination of knowledge on European production quality for better recognition of European organic food as well as increase in demand for European organic food.
b. Growth in exports of organic food from EU to the U.S.A. and Canada. Wholesale customers and importers will be encouraged to purchase EU organic food.
EU dimension of the action
a. Increase in competitiveness of EU organic food in The U.S.A. and Canada
b. Spread of information of high quality system in „European Organic Agriculture” (Regulation of EC No 834/2007);
c. Increase in share of EU organic food on the markets of The U.S.A. and Canada.

a. Public Relations activities including advertisement in press
b. Advertisement in press and Internet
c. Production of marketing materials
d. Organizing of events including B2B meetings and booths at international food fairs:
• SIAL Canada 2020, Montreal, Canada
• Summer Fancy Food Show, New York June 2020
• Winter Fancy Food Show San Francisco January 2020
e. Implementing of effectiveness research and surveys for good results and impact achieving.
Campaign as a whole and each activity separately will be carefully monitored and examined in order to be sure whether assumed outputs, results and impact indicators are achieved.
