ECCEUKCH is a three-year programme of 4,040,353.65 aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of the European Union's agricultural sector, in line with the objectives of Art. 2 of EU Reg. no. 2014/1144.
The final expected impact will specifically address the following objectives:
1. Increased knowledge and awareness of PDO and PGI Evo oil in the UK and CH
2. Increasing exports of EVO PDO and PGI Olive Oil in UK and CH
The Programme will target a wide audience of consumers aged 25-65 years and operators in the marketing, distribution and catering sectors. The messages of the Programme will be addressed to an already culturally elevated consumer target, particularly predisposed to in-depth information on the qualitative and organoleptic characteristics of the product, as well as information on the health and hedonistic benefits deriving from a diet in which PDO and PGI extra virgin olive oil is present.
Program initiatives concern the following work packages:
- coordination
- public relations activities
- creation and management of a website
- creation and management of profiles on social media
- advertising campaigns through banners on SM
- creation of communication Tools
- events: fair, restaurant weeks, incoming
- In Store Promotions
It is also a cultural operation in which the aim is to explain the characteristics of PDO and PGI Olive Oil in terms of quality, variety, taste, organoleptic diversity, passing through a path in which both the European Green Deal and Farm to Fork policies and the traditions and history of the Mediterranean populations are strongly present.
