Pizza Toast Bread
  • Bread 4 Slices: 1 slice  
  • Curry Ketchup From Poland: 2 tbsp  
  • Smoke Oil Sardine From Latvia: 3  
  • Green Bell Pepper Sliced Into 0.5cm Rounds: 1/2  
  • Onion Thinly Sliced: 1/8  
  • Corn Boiled In Water: 1 tsp  
  • Pizza Cheese Shredded Type: 20 g  
  • Coarsely Ground Black Pepper: A pinch  
  • Parsley: To taste  

Instructions

Step 1

Spread curry ketchup from Poland on bread cut into thirds and sprinkle with pizza cheese.

Step 2

Top with smoke oil sardine from Latvia, bell pepper, onion and corn.

Step 3

Toast in a toaster at 200°C for about 5 minutes.

Step 4

When the cheese is melted, place on a plate, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and garnish with parsley.

Tips

The usual pizza toast is given a richer flavor by the use of curry ketchup and fragrant oil sardine! Using thick slices of bread is another key to creating a "Kissaten" style.
