The Winecation Food and Wine Pairing Delivery Menu was curated by Alimentari and available on Alimentari’s WeChat Mini Program, APP, Taobao and Delivery Order platforms. It showcased a wine and food pairing package comprising 8 agricultural food and beverage products and 6 EU Geographical Indications (GI) products from across the EU.
In this package, Alimentari curated a selection of EU speciality food products to pair with Bordeaux Supérieur PDO wine from France. As the name suggests, it offered a superior version of Bordeaux PDO wine. The Bordeaux supérieur PDO wines can only be made in the Bordeaux region with the 6 specific grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Carmenère.
Consumers were able to taste specially curated EU-cured meats and cheeses in this Winecation package.
