Pizza made with dumpling skin

- Sliced black olives - Spain: 6
- Onion: 10 g
- Cherry tomatoes: 1
- Ketchup: 1 teaspoon
- Pizza cheese: 10 g
- Dumpling skins: 1
- Salt: A pinch of salt
- Shave Grana Padano cheese.

Step 1
Thinly slice the onion and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Lightly spread ketchup on the dumpling skins.
Step 3
Place the sliced onion and halved cherry tomatoes on top of the ketchup, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Top with sliced black olives and sprinkle pizza cheese over the top.
Step 5
Line a toaster with aluminum foil and bake for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese browns.
Tips
Lightly seasoning the ingredients with salt brings out the flavor of the vegetables.
