  • Tokaj PDO wine - Slovakia: 100 g
  • Azuki bean paste: 200 g
  • Thin rice crackers: As needed

Step 1

Pour Tokaj Classic Samorodne into a pot and reduce it by half over heat.

Step 2

Once wine has cooled, combine it with the azuki bean paste and mix until smooth.

Step 3

Spread the mixture on top of a thin rice cracker, then place another rice cracker on top to create a sandwich.

Tips

By boiling the wine down thoroughly, you can enjoy the aroma, acidity, and richness of the wine when mixed with red bean paste.
