  • Aonori seaweed: 2 teaspoons
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 10 g
  • Whitefish: As needed

Step 1

Add aonori seaweed, salt flower, and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl and mix together gently so as not to crush the salt.

Step 2

Drizzle over your favourite whitefish.

Tips

Gently mix the salt flower crystals, being careful not to crush them.
