  • Emco Fruit Muesli From Czech: 80 g  
  • Beets Sugar Organic From Lithuania: 50 g  
  • Milk: 50 ml  
  • Mirin Sweet Cooking Rice Wine: 1 tbsp  
  • Baking Powder: 1 tsp  
  • Egg: 1  
  • Salad Oil: To taste  
  • Sweet Red Bean Paste Koshi-an: A dash

Step 1

Grind the 'Emco fruit muesli' from Czech with the dried fruit in a food processor.

Step 2

Crack the egg into a bowl, beat, add the remaining ingredients for the dorayaki batter and mix well. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a thin layer of salad oil, place on a wet dish towel to cool, drop the dough into the pan so that it is about 10 cm in diameter, and cook over low heat.

Step 3

When bubbles form in the dough and the surface becomes dry, turn the dough over and cook on both sides. (*The first 1 or 2 slices may not cook properly.)

Step 4

Put the koshi-an(Red Bean Paste) filling between the two sheets of baked dough.
