  • Milk chocolate from the Netherlands: to taste
  • White bean flour: 10 g
  • Water: 1 tablespoon
  • White bean jam: 150 g
  • Pumpkin, peeled and boiled: 50 g
  • Pumpkin seeds: 2

Step 1

Make the pumpkin paste starch. Mix white bean flour and water in a bowl, and when there are no lumps, add white bean paste and boiled pumpkin and mix well.​

Step 2

Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 2 minutes without covering with plastic wrap, mixing well each time. Repeat three times, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until cool.​

Step 3

When (2) is chilled, divide into two equal portions and shape into a round. Stick a pumpkin seed in the top.​

Step 4

Melt Dutch milk chocolate in a pan of simmering water, take a small amount on a toothpick, and draw a jack-o'-lantern face on (3).​
