- Organic butter from Belgium (brought to room temperature): 60 g
- Honey from Romania: 60 g
- Berry jam from Austria
- Blueberry jam from Estonia
- Rice flour: 120 g

Step 1
Put butter and honey in a bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.
Step 2
Add rice flour and mix to combine. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. If it is difficult to combine, add a small amount of honey.
Step 3
Roll out (2) with cotton swab to a thickness of 5 mm, and mold into a flower shape. For the other half, cut out a circle in the center.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 10~12 minutes and cool completely on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Spread Austrian jam or Estonian blueberry honey on the back of the cookie without the hole, and place between the cookies with the hole.
