  • Cheese from Poland: 2 pieces
  • Crab cakes: 2
  • Snap pea: 1
  • Karaage (deep-fried tofu): to taste
  • Inari sushi: 2
  • Small clusters of broccoli: 2
  • Nori (dried laver): to taste
  • Lotus root slices (0.2 cm wide, cut into half-moon slices): 4
  • Oil for frying: to taste

Step 1

Paste the red part of the crabcake on the Polish cheese to resemble Santa Claus's hat and clothes. ​

Step 2

Wrap the other half of the Polish cheese in plastic wrap, roll it up, and place it in a three-dimensional shape to resemble a mustache. Use snap pea seeds for the nose, nori for the eyes, and the remaining cheese to decorate the round Santa Claus hat tip. ​

Step 3

Fill the bento box with inari sushi, nori as eyes, and broccoli as the nose. Use the remaining cheese to make the white eyes and the red part of the crab cakes to make the red nose. ​

Step 4

Deep-fry the brick until golden brown and decorate (3) as the reindeer's horns.​

Step 5

Fill the remaining space in the bento box with your favorite side dish, such as karaage, and place (2) on top. Garnish with the remaining snap peas with seeds removed.
