Soya milk pannacotta with berry jam

Ingredients:

  • Soya milk 250ml
  • Fresh cream 250ml
  • Sugar 80g
  • Powdered gelatine (not softened) 10g
  • Austrian berry jam  appropriate amount
  • Mint To taste

Step 1

Heat the soya milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan until just before boiling.

Step 2

Add the powdered gelatine and dissolve thoroughly. Transfer to a bowl and cool in ice water while removing from heat.

Step 3

Pour into moulds and refrigerate until firm.

Step 4

Remove to a serving dish, drizzle generously with jam and garnish with mint, if desired.
