  • Džiugas PGI cheese - Lithuania: 50 g
  • Salted rice koji: 30 g
  • Cucumber: 1 (Half a cucumber)
  • Sesame oil: 5 g

Step 1

Cut the cucumber into quarters lengthwise, then slice it into 3 cm-wide strips.

Step 2

Cut the Džiugas cheese into pieces about 1/4 the size of the cucumber strips.

Step 3

Place the cucumber and cheese into a Ziploc bag, add salted rice koji and sesame oil, and knead the ingredients together.

Step 4

Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours, then serve on a plate.

Tips

Cut the cheese to 1/4 the size of the cucumber to unify the taste.
