Join us at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago from May 16 to 19 and experience Europe's finest olive oils!

Visit our booth at the Discovery Theatre Booth #11329 for a curated tasting of 10 exceptional European olive oils, guided by olive oil sommelier, educator and author Emily Lycopolus. Discover regional expressions from Greece, Portugal, Croatia, Italy, Spain, France, and Cyprus, along with complementary condiments such as sea salts, pumpkin seed oil, and vinegars.

Each day between 9:30AM and 5:00PM (until 3:00 PM on Tuesday), join us for short educational sessions and guided tastings.


Specialty Sampling Sessions

Each day at the booth, we will host a dedicated one-hour Specialty Sampling Session, spotlighting a premium European meat or dairy selected to complement the featured European olive oils.

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM - Taste Pecorino Crotonese PDO (Italy), paired to highlight olive oil profiles

May 17:

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM – Discover Jamon Serrano (Spain) through a guided tasting experience

May 18:

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM - Discover Jambon de Bayonne PGI from France and its pairing potential

May 19:

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM - Taste aged pasteurized cow cheese from Belgium in a curated pairing session


Mini Masterclasses

Along with the daily Specialty Sampling Sessions, there will be daily mini-masterclass focusing on a singular theme:
