
Chicken thigh with honey mustard sauce
The umami-rich Chicken thigh is fragrantly grilled with Romanian honey, mustard and herbs. Marinating the meat in high-quality Azeite de Trás-os-Montes PDO from Portugal ensures tender and succulent grilling.
- Chicken thigh 150g×2
- Salt small spoon 1/2
- Dijon Mustard small spoon 1

- Black pepper some
- Whole grain mustard small spoon 2
- Dijon Mustard small spoon 1
- Salt 0.5g
- Organic Honey from Romania Big spoon 2(30g)
- Black pepper some
- Garlic half clove
- Rosemary & thyme small spoon 1/2 each
- Azeite de Trás-os-Montes PDO from Portugal small spoon 1
- Baby leaf (garnish) some

Instructions
Cut chicken thigh in half at the joint. Sprinkle half the salt over the meat and leave to rest for 10 mins. Pat dry, brush with Dijon mustard, sprinkle with pepper and shape. Sprinkle the skin with the remaining salt and pepper and marinate in Azeite de Trás-os-Montes PDO from Portugal.
Make a honey mustard sauce by adding Romanian honey, whole grain mustard and Dijon mustard, grated garlic, minced rosemary and thyme and Azeite de Trás-os-Montes PDO from Portugal to a bowl.
Place the chicken in a heatproof container with Azeite de Trás-os-Montes PDO from Portugal(not included in the quantity) and bake in the oven at 220°C for 10 mins.
When the meat is slightly browned, pour over the honey mustard sauce. Bake for a further 15 minutes, turning the sauce over occasionally, until the meat is deliciously browned.
Arrange in a bowl, garnish with baby leaves and drizzle the baby leaves with salt and Azeite de Trás-os-Montes PDO from Portugal.
