  • Forest Berries Jam - Austria: 40 g
  • Soy milk: 200 g
  • Cream cheese: 200 g
  • Sugar: 30 g
  • Powdered gelatin: 5 g
  • Biscuit: 40 g
  • Butter: 20 g

Step 1

Mix 50 g of soy milk with powdered gelatin and leave to soak.

Step 2

Put biscuits in a bag, break them into pieces and mix with melted butter, then spread it in a mold covered with parchment paper.

Step 3

Mix cream cheese left at room temperature (if it’s hard, warm it up in a microwave) until it becomes smooth..

Step 4

Add sugar and forest berries jam to the ingredients from step 3 and mix well.

Step 5

Add the remaining soy milk to the ingredients from step 4 in 2 portions and mix well.

Step 6

Heat the ingredients from step 1 in a microwave (600w for 30 seconds) until it melts, then mix together when it melts.

Step 7

Add a small amount (about 2 tablespoons) of the ingredients from step 5 to those from step 6 and mix together.

Step 8

Add all of the ingredients from step 7 to those from step 5 and mix together quickly.

Step 9

Pour it into the mold and let it cool and harden.

Tips

Quickly mix the powdered gelatin to prevent lumps.
