Grilled spinach with grated yam

- Frozen spinach (Belgium): 80 g
- Yam: 200 g
- Egg: 1
- Granulated soup stock: 10 g
- Light soy sauce: 10 g
- Potato starch: 20 g
- Dried bonito flakes: As needed

Step 1
Roughly chop frozen spinach while still frozen.
Step 2
Grate yam and add it to the ingredients from step.
Step 3
Pour some oil (not included in the ingredients) into a frying pan and heat it up. Then, cook the ingredients from step 2 in the pan.
Step 4
Once it has hardened, flip it over to brown both sides.
Step 5
Cut to your favorite size and serve on a plate, then sprinkle with bonito flakes.
Tips
The flavor of spinach is brought out more by combining them with yam.
