- Bread (4 slices): 1 slice
- Feta PDO cheese from Greece: 30 g
- Bacon from Austria, cut into 1 cm strips: 1 slice
- Green olives from Portugal, thinly sliced: 3
- Onion, thinly sliced: 1/4
- Egg: 1
- Heavy cream: 50 ml
- Pizza cheese: 20 g
- Butter: 5 g
- Coarsely ground black pepper: a pinch
- Parsley, finely chopped: a pinch

Step 1
Press the white part of the bread with a spoon to make a bank.
Step 2
Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat, add onion and bacon and fry until onion is softened.
Step 3
Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat, add the cream and ingredients, and mix together.
Step 4
Pour (4) into (1), sprinkle with pizza cheese, and bake in the oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
