  • Bread (4 slices): 1 slice
  • Feta PDO cheese from Greece: 30 g
  • Bacon from Austria, cut into 1 cm strips: 1 slice
  • Green olives from Portugal, thinly sliced: 3
  • Onion, thinly sliced: 1/4
  • Egg: 1
  • Heavy cream: 50 ml
  • Pizza cheese: 20 g
  • Butter: 5 g
  • Coarsely ground black pepper: a pinch
  • Parsley, finely chopped: a pinch

Step 1

Press the white part of the bread with a spoon to make a bank.

Step 2

Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat, add onion and bacon and fry until onion is softened.

Step 3

Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat, add the cream and ingredients, and mix together.

Step 4

Pour (4) into (1), sprinkle with pizza cheese, and bake in the oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes.​

Step 5

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
