  • Grass-fed Sirloin Beef PGI from Ireland: 1 slice
  • Bread: 2 slices (per serving)
  • Soy sauce: 100 ml
  • Garlic: 1 clove, minced
  • Coarsely ground black pepper: a pinch
  • Butter: 10 g
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
  • Wasabi: 1 tsp

Step 1

Mix (A), put in a bag, marinate Irish beef, cut into stripes, close the bag, and let sit for about 1 hour.

Step 2

On a hot grill pan, grill (1) on both sides until it comes to room temperature. ​

Step 3

When the beef is cooked to desired doneness, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest for a while.​

Step 4

Mix wasabi and mayonnaise and spread on the inside of the bread. ​

Step 5

Place (4) on a grill pan with melted butter, cover with aluminum foil, and grill on both sides while pressing in a pan.

Step 6

Cut in half.​
