Dive into the world of European gastronomy with hands-on workshops, chef demos, interactive activities, tastings and much more, as the EU Food Festival continues in Tenshiba Park!
What to expect:
The EU Food Festival rolls into its eighth week with even more flavour, fun, and cultural fusion at Tenshiba Park! From 21 to 27 July, come and explore Europe’s rich culinary traditions through tastings, chef demos, and interactive experiences - all in the heart of Osaka.
This week kicks off with a special treat: on Monday 21 July, enjoy live cooking demonstrations and workshops usually reserved for weekends! Chef Chitsuru Ohhata will serve up a Japanese-style rice ball with feta cheese and a savoury seasonal quiche. Pair your visit with four Sweet Moments sessions highlighting European pastries, jams, honey, and teatime favourites.
Throughout the week, take your time savouring premium European products at our product tastings - perfect for a relaxing lunch break or a flavourful afternoon stroll.
The weekend delivers a full festival experience. On Saturday 26 July, Chef Michiko Kimura returns with her elegant, health-conscious creations featuring cheese and miso. On Sunday 27 July, Michelin-starred Chef Masato Shimoda presents his signature East-meets-West fusion dishes.
Our thematic workshops continue with a focus on cheese on Saturday and wine on Sunday - perfect for deepening your appreciation of Europe’s most iconic culinary traditions.
Come hungry. Leave inspired. And bring your friends for a taste of Europe in Osaka!
