- České pivo PGI - Czechia: 1.2 pack
- Edamame (frozen is fine): 200 g
- Sesame Oil: 5 ml
- Garlic: 2 pieces
- Cayenne pepper powder: 5 shakes
- Salt: 5 g

Step 1
Boil the edamame in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
In a frying pan, heat sesame oil and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the boiled edamame to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Step 4
Pour the beer into the pan and let it simmer until the liquid is mostly evaporated.
Step 5
Sprinkle cayenne pepper powder and salt over the edamame, and mix well.
Step 6
Serve hot and enjoy the beer-enhanced flavor.
