Marinated tomatoes with Chania Kritis PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Chania Kritis PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Greece: 40 g
- Shiso (perilla) leaf: 10 leaves
- Cherry tomatoes: 10
- Salt: 2 g

Step 1
Finely chop all the shiso leaves and place them in a bowl. Add salt and mix well.
Step 2
Remove the stems from the tomatoes, wash, and cut in half. Transfer to a bowl, add a pinch of salt and sugar, and let them dehydrate slightly.
Step 3
Add Chania Kritis PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the shiso mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add 2 tablespoons of the shiso-oil mixture to the tomatoes. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Once thoroughly chilled, serve on a plate.
Tips
Seasoning each ingredient with salt brings out the flavor.
