We are excited to announce that the 'More than Only Food & Drink' campaign will be participating in the Food and Drink Expo, taking place from 7–9 April 2025 at the NEC in Birmingham.
Join us at stand KK331, where we will be showcasing a curated selection of EU beers and spirits. For beers, the focus will be on highlighting the diversity, authenticity, and exceptional quality of EU beer production. Visitors will have the chance to enjoy tastings and explore unique pairings that bring out the best in these beverages.
As part of our participation, we will host a masterclass and a seminar to educate trade professionals about the unique characteristics of EU beers and spirits:
Masterclass: "Discovering unique and lesser-known beers and beer styles from EU Member States, along with their unexpected pairings" – Monday, 7 April, at 12:30.
Seminar: "Why EU Spirits are Trusted for Quality and Authenticity" – Wednesday, 9 April, at 12:15.
Both sessions will feature tastings, providing attendees with insights into the diverse production methods of EU beverages. A focus will be placed on products from small and medium-sized producers, offering a fresh perspective on regional specialities.
Throughout the three days, visitors can sample a selection of meats, cheeses, confectionery and chocolate perfectly paired with the featured beers and spirits, creating a comprehensive sensory experience. Additionally, beer and spirits experts, along with a chef, will be present at the stand to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide insights into food and drink pairings.
