The More Than Only Food & Drink campaign will once again take centre stage at the Food & Drink Expo, held from 13 to 15 April 2026 at the National Exhibition Centre Birmingham. The Expo brings together thousands of food and drink professionals from across retail, hospitality, wholesale and specialist sectors, offering a vibrant platform for discovering innovation, trends and high-quality products from around the world.
Live tastings, expert insights and interactive cooking demos
Visitors to the More Than Only Food & Drink stand will be invited to experience a dynamic programme of product tastings and live cooking demonstrations, led by an expert chef and supported by renowned sector specialists in meat and bakery. Across the three days, dedicated demo sessions will highlight how premium EU ingredients can be transformed into inspiring creations, with plenty of opportunities to taste, ask questions and explore innovative pairings.
This year’s stand will feature over 60 EU products, including many Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) products, as well as products bearing Organic certification, reflecting the highest standards of safety, sustainability and craftsmanship that define European food production. In addition, the campaign will host a sponsored seminar on EU quality and sustainability, offering trade visitors deeper insights into what makes EU food and drink products trusted and distinctive in today’s market.
Continuing a successful presence in Birmingham
At the 2025 edition of the Expo, the campaign attracted strong interest with its focus on EU beers, spirits and food pairings, complemented by expert-led masterclasses and seminars that engaged professionals across the sector. The 2026 participation builds on this momentum, expanding the sensory experience and shifting the spotlight to meat and bakery - two categories of growing interest for UK buyers seeking quality, provenance and innovation.
